HV Multiplay (formerly Accel-com and Hv Television) is a Colombian telecommunications company headquartered in Bogotá DC; it is the fourth-largest (ISP) company that distributes Internet services, television, and cell phone. "The National Television Authority (ANTV) of Colombia reported in its pay-TV subscribers report that the industry collects 5,868,079 at the end of 2018, between cable and satellite TV services." With this, HV Multiplay established itself as the fourth largest operator in Colombia, with 156,490, according to ANTV. It has coverage in the departments of Antioquia, Tolima, Cundinamarca, and the city of Bogotá. It was one of the first providers to implement broadband internet over the same fiber-optic network (FTTH).
