H&Y Law Firm ("H&Y") was originally founded in 2000. It is one of Shanghai's leading boutique firms with nine partners leading a variety of associate teams who provide a full range of legal services. Although the firm is based in Shanghai, it provides services to all of China and represents clients on matters in various foreign countries. Also, to better serve its clients worldwide, H&Y has established affiliations with other law firms in the U.S., Europe, Canada, Australia, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries H&Y's number one priority is to provide quality and efficient services to its clients.
