HYBR is an online marketplace for student accommodation that connects students directly to landlords, cutting out the traditional letting agent. We automate the basic role of a letting agent to ensure that we can be up to 80% cheaper than our competitors, and that we have the resources to fully support first-time renters throughout their rental journey. Creating a win, win for everyone involved. We go beyond the role of a traditional letting agent and we support our students throughout the year. Students can visit HYBR to ask rental questions, access trusted maintenance workers and our advice blogs on any house-hold issues. For example: how to fix a fuse box or how to unblock a sink!
