The Royal Danish Military Academy (RDMA) is responsible for the training and education of Army Reserve Officers (11 months course) and Army Regular Officers (28 month course). The Reserve Officer Course combines practical training and more theoretical education in tactics and leadership at the platoon level. Building on the Reserve Officers Course the Regular Officers Course focuses on the company level adding a program of management, political science, English for military purposes, physical training, courage, social capital and more. The Royal Danish Military Academy is a part of the Royal Danish Defence College.
