Back in 2009, Emily made the move from North to South after working for over 6 years at an award-winning direct response agency in Leeds and set up on her own. Growing the business in 2012 she took on her first freelancer and in 2015 grew further with another designer and a developer. By 2019, 10 years in to her journey of self-employment and with a team of regular freelancers the business took the leap and grew in to a full service agency with a specialist team under one roof. Already working with Creed Marketing, it was the obvious solution to merge with this digital agency and bring her expertise in design and marketing to the business.I am Emily Design & Marketing always remained in the background catering for small businesses and start-up companies. During the pandemic of 2020 Emily supported her loyal client base of small businesses that were having to diversify and react to the changes going on globally. It became clear to Emily where her heart lay and she resigned from Creed Marketing as Director to go back to her roots. With the same team behind her that have seen the business grow, develop and change, Emily is back doing what she loves helping small businesses and start-ups get to grips with all things design, web and marketing.In her spare time you'll find Emily practising her yoga moves, snapping pictures of food and drink for her blog iamemily.uk or out walking with her family.
