iCoach Blokes is a business aimed at blokes between the ages of 30-60.It is focussed on getting blokes to talk more about the issues they are experiencing and working on developing solutions, rather than suffering in silenceThe coaching services we provide are pre mental health intervention with the belief that the individual has the answers to the challenges they are facing, they just haven't been asked the right questions.The coaching sessions and the subject matter for discussion are driven by the individual and what they want to talk about in a relaxed environment and is intended not to replicate counselling or therapy
