"International Sustainable Solutions Consultants" develop tailored services and deliver consultancies to help your organization to promote, steer, supervise, control, develop and represent a coherent & efficient sustainable development strategy.Our services cover the following fields:• Ramp-up and continuous improvement of environmental, ethical, social and governance aspects at all levels of the organization. • Define the transversal policy of sustainable development of companies. • Relay information, running a network and implementing the action plan at all levels of the structure thanks to a team and / or correspondents. • Train management on the theme and organize awareness-raising actions for all staff (brochures, intranet, guide, etc.). • Set up indicators and evaluation tools to verify the performance of the policy undertaken; develop objectives and action plans based on the results obtained. • Draw up reports and assessments, in particular the annual sustainable development report. • Define and negotiate the budget with general management and lead the environment or sustainable development department (team management, financial management). Communication and external lobbying mission.• Represent the company or the community, negotiate with stakeholders (customers, administrations, elected officials, NGOs, associations, populations, etc.), and develop partnerships. • Disseminate and promote actions carried out with the media and participate in events, meetings and training sessions on sustainable development. • Control communication actions to act on the brand image of the company or organization in normal times and during environmental or societal crises (industrial accidents, pollution, product failure, etc.).
