The challenge many of us face is the how little one person is able to accomplish or impact the world we live in. Ignite6 is a challenge to the little guy, joe-shmoe, to the anonymous neighbor to rise up and prove the worth of a single person and how a single act can impact this world. Ignite6 was born from the idea that our society is much more connected than people think. Have you ever heard of the theory of six degrees of separation? This theory states that any two people can be connected through 6 or less acquaintances. Now, evaluate that statement in terms of how far random acts of kindness can travel and to whom those acts reach. If you accept that the six degrees of separation theory has any hint of possibility, that means anyone can reach out and do something nice for anybody. So here is my proposal to you Mr. or Ms Reader, what is holding you back from doing something nice for someone else to make this world a little brighter? You just never know who you may impact, just watch the ripple race across your neighborhood or across the world. Join the movement and be a spark.
