IAF chapter Indonesia was established on January 2018. Our vision: to see professional facilitation used in Indonesia to address the challenges faced by people in their groups, organizations and communities. Our mission: to grow the community of practice for all who facilitate, upskilled and enabled more Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF) from Indonesia and promote the value of facilitation in Indonesia. IAF Indonesia Type of Program: - Basic Facilitation Workshop: Interactive 2-days workshop for participants to understand Basic facilitation based on IAF Core Competencies.- Lucky Luke Program: Intensive 6 months program for IAF Members to accelerate their facilitation knowledge and skills and apply IAF Core competencies on a complete facilitation phase.- IAF Indonesia Meet Up: Monthly session for participants to meet with other IAF ID enthusiast and learn together in a facilitated session with interesting topics.- Learning session: One day session for participants to explore and experience facilitated session with specific topic where they will learn about the topic and also about the facilitation process used in the session.- IAF ID Enthusiast wag: communication and engagement tool with the IAF ID enthusiast (open for public) for them to know more about IAF, get info and involve in discussion related to facilitation.
