IAMET Srl was established in September 2015 with the aim of catchingopportunities for acquisitions of metal stamping companies.In April 2016 IAMET acquires the historical and qualified SIAC company. Producer of small metal parts since 1921 in the factory of Cavaria con Premezzo (VA), with a pregressive orientation towards components on customers drawing, particularly for the automotive sector: today it is recognized as one of the leading company in its field.In October 2017 IAMET acquires the historic and qualified Capica company. Producer of metal accessories since 1956 in the plant of Albignasego (PD), the company has progressively oriented towards the production of metal accessories based on customer design for the footwear, leather goods and clothing sectors.In October 2017 IAMET acquires the historic and qualified company Castiglioni Giovanni Spa, which markets and manufactures small metal parts since 1960. The business, recently moved to the factory of Cavaria con Premezzo, has progressively specialized in the marketing of small metal parts standards for wholesalers, artisans and retail sales.THE IAMET CORE BUSINESS: Production of precision small metal parts by cold stamping from metal strips and surface treatment through galvanic process. IAMET TODAY MEANS:- Two plants: Cavaria con Premezzo (VA) and Albignasego (PD)- About 280 employees- Over 50,000 products for the various sectors: the automobile; electronics; of high fashion accessories; of leather goods; clothing; of the paper industry.
