Ian McClellan Entertainment Design Details
Ian McClellan is an emerging Lighting Designer for Theatre, Concerts, and Events. He spends lots of time working in Calgary's community and semi-professional theatre scene, including Storybook Theatre, Front Row Centre Players, Cappuccino Musical Theatre, and more! For his work, Ian was a recipient of the Calgary Community Theatre Award for Outstanding Lighting Design on The Wedding Singer (2019). Credits include The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Seussical, Sweet Charity, The Addams Family, The Wedding Singer, and Moby Dick.In addition to theatre, Ian is also entering the music side of the industry working on small concerts and talent shows. He is currently enrolled at Central Memorial High School's PVA Tech Theatre program (www.pvacentral.ca) and will be moving onto post-secondary in the Fall of 2020.
