This is approved by the Ministry of Defense in the USA and deployed in over 80% of the USA Army and Federal Government. Also used in other sectors like education, healthcare, oil & gas, for security notification to any type of people. • Call Dispatching Solution for IP Command & Control Centers for sectors such as Army, police, Road & Transportation Authority, Oil & Gas, etc. The solution provides the end-user touch screen telephony interface, which allows to interact with the multiple CCC parties and an efficient manner.• Healthcare Integration. An application to integrate the Healthcare Information System (HIS) with the IP Telephony System to automate the Healthcare processes and introduce proper messaging solution.• Digital Signage, IPTV, & VoD solution; for Hospitality; such as Hotels, Resorts, Malls, Hospitals, Palaces, etc. In general, most organisations today use digital media to deliver notifications and messaging the their employees. This reflects the advancement of the organisation in terms of IT.• Trading Platform for Banking sector: this solution includes a touch screen (turret) with single or dual phone handset(s) and native integration with the IP Telephony network. This solution is targeting the Finance Sector and plays a vital role in enhancing the trading section in finance.• Unified Communication Applications, such as; Call Billing, Recording, IP FAX, & XML Apps.2. Software Development, mainly Web & Smartphone Applications. We do both; services for our customers, as well as developing our own applications for commercial use.
