The Indonesia Business Council for Sustainable Development (IBCSD) is a CEO-led association of companies operating in Indonesia, who share a commitment to promoting sustainable development through sustainable economic growth, ecological balance and social progress. The launch of this business council in April 2011 represents a new regional chapter of the WBCSD. Founder members of IBCSD include 6 prominent Indonesian companies: Bakrie Telecom, Bank Negara Indonesia, Medco Power Indonesia, Holcim Indonesia, Garuda Indonesia and PT Riau Andalan Pulp Paper. Now, there are more than 30 companies has join this movement for a better and more sustainable business.
