IBDAA is created to strengthen and enhance the academic, scientific and technology base in Palestine to ensure a local growth and global leadership in ICT. The activities IBDAA carries out will help drive and stimulate creativity and innovation of products, services and processes through ICT implementation. It will also ensure that ICT innovations are rapidly transformed into jobs and growth for the benefits of the Palestinian citizens, businesses, industry and government. Bridging the gap between the academic research, the workforce and the market needs is another advantage of IBDAA. Therefore, a robust initiative is proposed to carry out this mission and utilize university research and development projects to turn them into leading entrepreneurs.
