IBK's main activity is to develop and market TQM support tools. Our main product line is the GOA-WorkBench, a software to support the Excellence process according to the requirements of CAF and EFQM, including a wide range of surveys to collect the facts for the assessments. GOA is commercially available for more then a dozen years and the IPRs belong exclusively to IBK. The software was used in a wide range of EU funded projects which developed additional modules (so called knowledge bases) for the existing solution. IBK is licensed to maintain commercially the new modules for the partners who developed the new contents in those projects, as well the currently only license partner of EFQM who holds a pan-European, multilingual license for using the full EFQM model as a software solution. IBK acts as a publisher of the commercial solution and has outsourced the distribution and sales activities to an international network of partners.
