IC Movieology Details
IC Movieology was developed to bridge the distance gap and nurture your child's movie love while teaching them how to take their talent to the next level using the tools that are readily available to them. Open to all skill sets, age 9-17. Students watch and discuss classic movie scenes, gain insider secrets about professional mobile filmmaking and learn how to write, produce, and edit their own movies in a variety of genres including: action, comedy and documentary.Program Director, Joe is the founder of Imaginary Courtyard Inc, a content marketing agency that promotes movies and brands through video production and creative storytelling. He co-created the animated comedy series, Steve Guttenberg: Frenchman that is currently under development in Hollywood and he has worked as a writer, director, producer and script doctor in Toronto, New York, and LA. An alumnus of the MFA Writing for Screen & Television program at USC (University of Southern California in Los Angeles) and the BFA Film & Video Production program at York University, Joe is also the co-founder of the Zoom Student Film Festival. He sits on the annual judges panel reviewing submissions from high-school students around the world.
