It is managed by Image Infotainment Ltd, an ISO 9001 - 2008 certified digital content development company.Image Infotainment Ltd is a member of NASSCOM committee representing Animation and Gaming Industry.ICAT was established by Mr. K.Kumar, who holds around 2 decades of experience in digital media. He heads all the business units of IMAGE. He has been nominated as a member of the Animation and Gaming Industry Board, Tamil Nadu for providing animation and gaming recommendations to the government
