Ice Effects' founder and lead designer, Steve Rose is a world-class Ice Sculptor. If you have an event, he has an ice idea to make it better.In the world of ice, few can match Steve's resume, which includes: over 26 years planning and creating large displays for clients, such as The Quebec Winter Festival, Disney World Resorts, Boston's First Night Celebrations, National Culinary and Event Production Conventions, and multiple major sporting and entertainment events.He's been the recipient of a number of national and international awards, including being a 2-time national champion of Ice Sculpture, and has represented the United States at the winter Olympic cultural events.
