ICFM Ltd provides engineering consultancy to clients on the operational management of engineering services in new and existing buildings.We focus on the post and pre-occupancy operation of building engineering systems, commencing with completion and acceptance of new building projects and moving into whole life operational management. We provide advice to property investors, landlords, tenants and property managers on how best to operate, maintain, and manage their building engineering systems.Being familiar with all RIBA building processes allows us to fit seamlessly into a design team for small to large scale projects, providing guidance to clients where modifications and ‘change of use' to the original building design concept will not prejudice a building's ability to perform to its original design intent.
