We bring new and exciting dishes to support seasonal ingredients by local farmers from The Union Square Market & represent a proud new food culture in NYC.Shinokubo Group is named after Shin Okubo Koreatown in Shinjuku, Japan - Which is a city with heavily influenced Korean and Japanese culture. Shinokubo Group & The people involved are supported by a handful of Japanese, Korean and American chefs from Tokyo and New York. Our goal is to bring elevated food beyond traditions.
