As part of our groups, you will work on your business with a coach and business owners just like you! iCoach creates an environment of peer-to-peer mentoring and coaching. At iCoach we bring together groups of peers both start-up business owners and seasoned executives. This group becomes a sounding board and problem solving group for entrepreneurs. Since each business is unique and only one industry can be represented in each group, it serves as an excellent source of referrals. Groups Small Business Owner (SBO) Connect with peers from various noncompetitive businesses and backgrounds. This group will serve as a peer advisory board. You will benefit from this group environment by leveraging the knowledge base of fellow executives all driven by success like yourself. Program Features Include: · Monthly problem-solving peer group · World Class Entrepreneurial Training · Small Business Executive Coach · Monthly Personal Coaching Session · Relevant Business Workshops · Resources and Direction Key Executive Like the SBO program you will be able to harness the power of group. You will be in a peer group of other business executives with like responsibilities. You will network and strategize with your peers about your business challenges. Private Client The Private Client program helps you as a leader stay focused on results and allowing you to work through strategies for their professional and personal development. This is an ongoing development program of one-to-one coaching with your executive coach. Participants will receive 5 hours of private coaching per month.
