Together with our members we represent the industry's interests at UK Government and European levels. ICOM is a division of the Energy and Utilities Alliance (EUA).Setting StandardsTogether, ICOM and our members have been instrumental in the development of product and installation standards, both at National and European level. A great deal has been invested in ensuring the safe methods and practices of UK manufacturers are reflected in the developing European and ISO standards.Influencing RegulationICOM has a long history of working closely with Government in the development of regulations that impact on the industrial and commercial heating sector. We are seen as the lead organisation in this sector and often contacted by government officials when guidance and advice is required.Promoting Industry Through Best PracticeCommercial and industrial heating equipment has undergone a transformation over recent years.
