ICON: Indonesian Ideas Conference is an annual conference event proudly presented by the Indonesian Students' Association of University of New South Wales (PPIA UNSW). ICON's vision is to spread great IDEAS that can inspire Indonesians to make an impact. ICON believes that every individual has the potential to make significant difference in their respective fields as long as they have the aspiration to do so. ICON also hope to serve as a platform where every Indonesian in Sydney could gather in one place to connect, have fun and share great ideas. This is accomplished by inviting some of the most influential and inspiring individuals to share some of their wisdom and cool ideas. ICON 2017's theme is "Imagine the Possibilities". Where it will explore the notion of disrupting the norms, breaking the status quo and undertaking extraordinary action to keep challenging your best self. In 2017, ICON is proud to be featuring the following speakers and performer:1. Andy F Noya – Social entrepreneur and the host of "Kick Andy"2. Daniel Mananta - Entertainer and Founder & CEO of Damn! I love Indonesia3 Alamanda Shantika – Start-up guru and Founder & CEO of Binar Academy4. Noor Huda Ismail - Terrorist Journalist and Founder of The Institute for International Peace Building in Indonesia5. Isyana Sarasvati - Award Winning SingerWith regards to giving back to society, all proceeds from ICON 2017 will be donated to a charity foundation, called Rumah Harapan, where we hope that your contributions can make a huge difference in these childrens' lives.
