The firm, founded in 1982, provides a comprehensive multi-disciplinary consulting engineering services, with experience in architectural engineering, urban planning, railways, airports, transportation planning, industrial, residential, educational, health, recreational and public buildings, passive defense.ICR has completely integrated in-house capabilities of over 120 professional and support staff to develop and execute project solutions for domestic and international customers.
