Since the inception of ICS Technologies, we have changed courses on several fronts due to customer demands. 1) We are still and will remain to be customer focused.2) Customers have told us that mobile technologies are one of the most important things to them right now. With that said, we made two major business plan changes: a) We partnered with the #1 wireless carrier in the nation, Verizon to offer our clients the best possible connectivity. b) We offer repair services for just about any type of device that you can think of for a resonable price, with the added benefit that we come to you, so that you are not wasting your time running around town trying to get your device fixed. Examples are: iPhones, iPads, iPods, Samsung devices, etc. c) We offer a buy back program that highly competes with anyone, and again, we come to you, no waiting around for the mail to run, or running around town to trade in your device.We still offer consulting, and passionate about high density wi-fi, as well as your other normal break/fix computer duties as we always have. However, we are trimming down on the vendors in which we allow to be partners as we only want the best of breeds for our customers, and continue to look for ways in which we can help the educational system to make sure that each student plays on a level playing field.~CEO Mike Ivey
