The cluster was established in 2010 by merging two existing clusters in Serbia – Serbian Software Cluster and Embedded.rs.The new cluster is not only a result of a mere alliance of two existing clusters aiming at ensuring better opportunities for their member companies, it also represents a change in the organisational concept. The cluster is conceived as an open organization, without any obstacles to membership, which guarantees its member companies a transparent framework for efficient fulfillment of their interests.
