OPERATIONAL CONSULTANT AND ICT ASSISTANCE:-installation / upgrade / update of the operating system (security patch) and drivers-control and optimization of system and programs- advisor on the possibilities (or needs) of hardware resource upgrades- advisor on the possibilities of using existing software resources or on the acquisition and use of new resources (HW + SW) to increase the efficiency of company procedures (OA)- ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, optimization of the information system- execution and analysis of the System Security Assessment with the adoption and management of appropriate defensive countermeasures (antivirus, antispyware, antispam, firewall, ...)- data management; backup policy, data recovery, migration procedures between different formats- system recovery after crash- installation and configuration of modems, AP, routers, printers and other peripherals and related drivers- configuration of the company network (lan / wan)- configuration internet and e-mail- advice on the choice and best use of a management system- advisory and solution proposal on problems related to the use of OFFICE ™ applications
