ID3AS supports companies on both sides of the border (NL / D) in the development of sensor technology, to solve challenging technical problems.Who are we?ID3AS is an application-oriented research and development initiative in the field of sensor technology and sensor applications in the German-Dutch border region. ID3AS supports companies on both sides of the border in the release of sensor technology and new applications to solve challenging industrial and socio-technical issues. This means, for example, that not only machines are being developed, but also the people who operate those machines, the associated additional know-how is added. This is done by giving advice on application possibilities by indicating the technical and economic feasibility and developing and implementing selected complex core projects.Experience shows that not only large companies, but also small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly engaged in sensor technology. They regard this technology as the key to the development of innovative, future-proof products, services, and processes for greater profitability and new procedures for creating added value. However, for SMEs, access to and use of the necessary technical expertise is particularly complicated.In areas such as Agrobusiness & Food, Health & Life Sciences, High Tech Systems & Materials, Logistics and Energy, there is a great diversity and need for sensor applications for both production companies and service providers.
