Systems where waste is reused, energy and water is used efficiently, and food is created efficiently with modern technology.Today we're seeing an increase in companies producing food using modern methods, for example by hydroponics or aquaponics. These are good signs that the world is ready for a real shift. Therefore we now need competences and innovations in the IT and technology sectors, to take these companies into the future, and for real create and industry that is good for both humanity and the planet. A future where most farm fields have become meadows for pollinators, the seas are full of healthy fish, and the world population is being fed. At Idania we want to make Sweden world leading in Food Tech, by developing the systems modern farmers need; systems which increase productivity through AI, increases food safety, automation for efficiency and less workload, and enables a healthier world year around. A world where an food tech run farm is a locally produced industry; not an exception.
