IdeaFeX offers transformational combinations of high access, low cost, high flexibility, and high liquidity. We identify openness, easy navigation, optimal price discovery, and transparency in governance and fulfillment as our unique selling propositions. Specifically, fundraisers of a multitude of backgrounds can raise funds by auctioning off real-world assets such as presale units, shares, and factory capacities, etc. through tokenization. Our innovative auction method secures optimal price discovery for tokens in large quantities and makes our support for formerly-indivisible assets, such as pieces of collectible art, a reality. Investors can then trade these tokens on our manipulation-resistant exchange. Throughout the process, smart contracting allows for parameterized handling of cash flows that governs the fulfillment of the investment terms: physical deliveries, dividends, coupons, and royalties, etc. set us apart from existing blockchain-based investment programs.
