IEA was set up by a group of teachers in Hong Kong to provide an ICT course to schools and colleges that gives students more opportunity to demonstrate their true abilities rather than being restricted by syllabuses irrelevant to the average teenager. The IEA course is validated by Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and awards CIE certificates to successful students.
