INDEPENDENT EGYPTIANS ABROAD ALLIANCE VICTORIA Not-for-profit Organisation that serves the public and promotes cultures and the arts OBJECTIVES 1- To promote harmony and unification for Australian Egyptians living in Victoria and develop connections between all Egyptian groups and other organisations for the benefit of all Australians. 2. To promote within Australia a better understanding of Egyptian issues, history and culture to bridge the gap with Australian cultural by using a wide variety of forums (Conferences, Film Screenings/Festivals, Debates, Exhibitions and so forth) to display and discuss social, cultural, scientific and educational matters relevant to the Egyptian-Australian community. 3. To support the disadvantaged groups that benefit the well-being in Australia and abroad and develop networks with other organization in Victoria and potentially interstate and internationally.
