Trainer Dickson has taught between 400 – 500 technical agents. The course duration is 4 weeks, 160 hours, 8 hours a day. The intense course is packed with soft skills, understanding the fundamentals of a working computer, (NO POWER, NO POST, NO VIDEO & NO BOOT), utilizing Salesforce as a documentation software, group activities, collaboration, FUN, Kahoot, games; ultimately, working in a cohesive manner. Trainer Dickson wants to utilize his technical skills to transfer into a classroom environment, to make a difference in the America's educational system, emphasizing mutual respect and working in harmony.
