Liderazgo Emprendedor e Innovación, Liderazgo empresarial (2013 - 2017) El grado en Liderazgo Emprendedor e Innovación (LEINN) de Mondragon Unibertsitatea forma a personas capacitadas para liderar de forma eficiente la creación de nuevas empresas y grupos autogestionados. Prepara para trabajar en un mundo globalizado y multilingüe, contribuyendo así a la sociedad del conocimiento cuya clave de competitividad sea la innovación. Estas capacidades se adquieren con el método de aprender haciendo (learning by doing). Se realizan estancias en Finlandia (primer curso), Estados Unidos (segundo curso) y otros países, como China, India, Brasil y México en tercero. A lo largo del grado, por medio de empresas creadas por los propios alumnos, se trabaja en multitud de proyectos reales para clientes reales. Leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation is Mondragon Unibertsitatea degree which forms people able to efficient lead the creation of new businesses and auto-ruled teams. It trains for working in a globalized and multilingual world, contributing that way to the knowledge society in which the key for competition is the innovation. These capabilities are acquired by the learn by doing method. During the 4 year of the degree, the entrepreneurs travel to Finland (in first year), United States (second year) and China and India (third year) in order to get a global vision of the business models all around the world. Trough the whole degree, people works on many different real projects with customers.
