Emily is a certified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Fitness Instructor. She is currently studying Massage Therapy and will receive her license in October 2022. A yoga student since 2011, Emily believes everyone deserves access to health, wellbeing and inner peace. She has been heavily influenced by yogasana, meditation, pranayama, strength training, primal movement and nature and it's reflected in her programs. Emily is committed to showing others how yoga is accessible, practical and effective. Ignite Wellness offers private yoga therapy sessions, group classes and corporate wellness services. Massage & bodywork sessions are free while in school.
