Our philosophy: We live in Madison. We work there. We play there. Supporting and encouraging a strong local economy just makes sense to us. We choose to work with Amitaba Gardens and other small growers for seasonal produce, Nature's Bakery Co-op for their custom buns, Prairie Moon Bakery for their gluten-free/vegan chocolate chunk cookies, and as many local producers as often as possible. We pay a little more for organic ingredients as well as compostable cutlery and carryout containers (and offer discounts if you bring your own containers), and we think it's worth it because we truly strive to impact the planet as minimally as possible.Our dream is to bring organic, healthful, nutrient-dense food – in a fast, convenient, biodegradable format – to anyone who's ready for it!
