The Vinod Gupta School of Management is one of the premier business schools in India committed to fostering excellence in management, innovation and entrepreneurship for business, government and society. VGSoM was established in 1993 with a $2-million endowment from a distinguished alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Mr.Vinod Gupta, matched by liberal support from the Government of India. Over the years, VGSoM has proven its mettle consistently by providing future business leaders with the ability to understand and leverage the advantages of technology for managing successful businesses in this knowledge-driven era.The core programs offered by the school include Master in Business Administration(MBA) (Two-year full-time flagship residential program), Executive MBA (EMBA)(3 year MBA program for working executives), Ph.D. programme in management and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) (Two years, full-time Business Analytics programme, in conjunction with IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur and ISI).In addition to the above, VGSoM offers several Management Development Programmes (MDPs), Research and Consultancy programmes.
