Don't just learn a language- speak it! That's ikongbu's motto. We aim to connect the world through conversation by empowering learners to communicate (speak) in their target language.ikongbu is a catalog of hundreds (soon thousands) of pre-recorded and transcribed conversations, quizzes, and grammar lessons all aimed at communicative competence. Our content is fun(ctional), interactive, meaningful, and relevant. Anytime, anywhere, users select, study and practice kongbu materials then speak, record, and submit lessons directly to our team of teachers. Our teachers evaluate the lessons and send our users feedback and support.We see language as a social tool for communication- not rote memorization, translations, and grammar rules. How we learn a language shouldn't be so different than what we use language for. So, we've leveraged technology to deliver fun and relevant communicative language learning right to our user's PC or mobile device. It's Language Karaoke. Users learn to communicate and have fun, too!
