The history of our 100% ecological and organic farm house is the history of our family in Paciano, Italy.More than 30 years ago, our family bought the ruin of an 18th century farmhouse, including 50 acres of land. Gradually we restored it into a country house for our family. At that time we started planting olive trees. At the same time we expanded and developed the property and transformed it in a small luxury resort (with infinity pools and hot tub), where we can accommodate up to 50 people who we treat as a part of our family. We really like to share our passion and interest for the country life with our guests: to suggest and organize the visits to many artistic and cultural destinations in the surrounding areas of Umbria and Tuscany.To enhance the Italian experience, we present authentic food matched with excellent wines. Our wine cellar contains an extensive collection of 2500 unique wines from all areas of Italy, as well as from other countries where we have travelled.
