The Illinois Craft Distillers Association was formed in 2013 by, and for, distilleries operating in the State of Illinois under a Class IX Craft Distiller license as defined in the Illinois Liquor Control Act. We are a private and voluntary organization, operated exclusively for non-profit purposes as a trade association and business league to:promote the common interests of our members; advance and improve the business and regulatory environments for our members; promote public understanding and to educate the public about craft distilling; and facilitate training, education, and research in the craft distilling fieldWe have several committees working on initiatives important to our members, and will be launching several new initiatives in 2017.
