i.me is the world's first consumer P2P trust bureau. We are a white label service, integrating with platforms that connect people online, and whose resulting transactions and/or relationships have material real-world impact. Think online dating sites, sharing economy services, crowd funding platforms, in-home service providers, care providers, secondary tickets platforms and more. We can also be accessed directly at www.i.me We don't tell you who can or cannot be trusted - and we don't tell others whether you can or cannot be trusted. What we do is confirm your identity and present third party verified information related to your background when you build your Detailed Profile. We do this by leveraging enterprise tools, not available to consumers (e.g., many banks use these same tools to open accounts, etc.), combined with our proprietary technologies. You choose to share this report out, and others can use the information you share to determine whether they want to trust you and proceed with the transaction/relationship - or vice versa when you view another person's Detailed Profile. The Subject of the Detailed Profile is always the originator of the report, and the Subject is always in control of which details are viewable by others. It' all about trusting, being trusted, and breaking down online anonymity when it matters – and generating meaningful revenue for our partners while we do it. (We integrate with partners in various ways including a RESTful JSON API, affiliate links, lightbox overlays, etc.)
