Law Practice - Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
The University of Cincinnati's Immigration and Human Rights Law Review ("IHRLR") grew from the longstanding relationship the College of Law had with the Immigration and Nationality Law Review ("INLR"), published by William S. Hein & Co. The IHRLR is a biannual publication that is entirely student run. While it was a difficult decision to transition to developing an entirely new journal 2018, publishing considerations ultimately resulted in its necessity. The University of Cincinnati College of Law and the IHRLR student editors, contributors, and faculty advisers are proud to continue on in the tradition of evaluating, advising, and commenting on today's pertinent issues in the field of Immigration Law. The College of Law and the IHRLR's staff are equally proud to include issues of human rights in the areas of law the journal will consider. It is our express hope that this publication will present scholarship that is educational, well-researched, and well-reasoned while serving as a resource to the immigration and human rights legal communities. We welcome submissions from legal scholars and are happy to consider them for publication in our journal. You may submit related articles, casenotes, and comments through our website.
