An elegantly executed design that considers the end-users, the human and non-human actors, is essential. Creating spaces that embellish our lives is what we love to do. Based in Barcelona, Kyoto and Taipei, IMO is an architecture and design office focused in the creation of remarkable spatial experiences. Part of IMO's curriculum is the co-authorship of the 1st Prize winning design to build the Kaohsiung Maritime Culture and Popular Music Center, the 1st Prize to build the Xiafu Activity Centre and the 1st Prize to build the Taipei Meteorological Station. We have been delighted to work with some outstanding clients such as: Utzon Center, Endesa, Sacyr, Comune di Firenze, Government of Kaohsiung, Government of New Taipei City, City of Seville, La Casa Encendida, Ile De France, Seville University, Ferrán and Albert Adria. IMO has also contributed in teaching at Tamkang University, Tunghai University, COAM (Official College of Architects in Madrid) and lectured in Taiwan Technology University, Taiwan Culture University; in Santo Domingo (Dominica) at the Universidad Iberoamericana; in Spain at ETSAM, ETSASS, UEM; and in Japan at Kyoto Seika University, Wakaiyama University and Sagano University. http://imocreations.com/
