Impact is dedicated to continue building long-term relationships with customers through quality service, customer support and value added services, and to be recognized as the leading software distributor in Africa. We devote ourselves to provide our reseller channel with proven leading edge technologies, solutions and products of the highest quality and, at an affordable price. This we have done by opening sales offices and or developing and then implementing a system of Associate Distributors in key locations throughout East and Southern Africa. Our bold vision is to be the distributor of choice throughout Africa and to adapt our business principles to the unique changes and demands of the African market whilst upholding our core values, fastidiously implementing our business policies whilst guided by our vision and mission.
