Impact Social Networks is the developer of innovative technologies for social media. We develop highly-technical Facebook, iPhone, Android, and telecommunications applications. Our current focus is to bring SMS text messaging to businesses as a way to effectively communicate with their customers. txtMOBI is a "long-code" based text messaging system with a built-in database and scheduler which allows businesses to 1) provide better customer service by providing two-way communication via text messaging, 2) get more customers through the door with "smart-coupons", service reminders, and an effective loyalty program, and 3) increase revenue with text message ordering, waiting list management, and scheduler driven payment reminders. txtMOBI is "long-code" based which means we provide each customer with their own dedicated phone number for text messaging. Although txtMOBI is an excellent marketing tool, it's unique power is in allowing businesses to establish a relationship with their customers using text messaging.We work with a network of Value Added Resellers (VARs) who assist their customers in creating innovative marketing campaigns using the power of text messaging. We are a managed service provider, which allows our VARs to integrate text messaging into their marketing campaigns without needing to learn the complex technologies behind txtMOBI.
