I make change happen, engaging within the organisation so that the change is embraced by those in the work place. Putting the customer CX experience at the heart of the organisation.The core of what I do includes;- Creating responsible teams that are able to take responsibility and initiative, a learning organisation.- Work with leaders to help focus on creating innovative and effective management and leadership.- Implement change ranging from simple process improvements, to organisational service redesign and culture change.My expertise lies in systems approaches to understanding organisations, together with innovative and modern developments in management styles. Influenced in particular, by the work of Argyris, Senge, Deming and John Seddon. My approach uses innovative methods, in particular systems thinking from John Seddon's Vanguard method, and design thinking.
