In light of the metamorphosis witnessed by the world, diplomatic processes have become more important than ever.It has also become just important that our students are made aware about the role that international, national politics and diplomatic processes play in our lives. Therefore the IMS MUN Society was established in 2016 with a view to educate our youth about international and national politics and how policies are formulated.IMS MUN Conferences chaired by prominent Executive Board members are conducted by the IMS MUN Society at IMS University Courses, Ghaziabad annually to impart the skills of diplomacy, deliberation, debating, discussion and research in young people from across the country and from outside. We also conduct training sessions along with our conferences to train students in the Model UN format.Over the years, we have simulated conferences in multiple formats that fall within the MUN format such as UN committees, fictional committees, Indian political committees, International Press, and Continuous Crisis Committees so as to be able to give our participants a well rounded experience spread evenly over 2 days of rigorous discussions, debates and deliberation. The friendships formed in the crucible of MUN conferences are known to last forever.IMSMUNC 2019 was a smashing success, and we as a Society are tirelessly towards going onward and upwards.
