As a Start-up IMS Technology was working on a new UAV concept called BlackBird. BlackBirds airframe is based on Inflatable Membrane Structures, creating a small and lightweight transport volume. The teams aim was to use the UAV for locating landmines and other buried explosive ordnances. Unfortunately IMS Technology has ceased their prototype development due to unforeseen circumstances.
