Contemporary Art gallery providing a free public programme of critical innovative contemporary art commissions, exhibition and events. Represents: David Burrows, Plastique Fantastique and Maggie Roberts.Key commissions, exhibitions and events:• 'No Escape' multimedia installation by Thomson & Craighead• 'Cyberjunk: Quantum Crash' exhibition by John Powell-Jones in collaboration with Castlefield Gallery, Manchester• 'Metabolic Market: A Dimensionally Diabolical Department' group exhibition with Danielle Braithwaite-Shirley, Plastique Fantastique, John Powell-Jones, Frankie Roberts, Thomson & Craighead, Maggie Roberts and 0rphan Drift. Commissioned by Stuart Semple at GIANT, Bournemouth• Five month online exhibition commissioned during lockdown, 'This is a Not-Me' with Kara Chin, Gentle Stranger, Felix Rose Kawitzky, Plastique Fantastique, Maggie Roberts, John Powell-Jones, Frankie Roberts and Thomson & Craighead. Curated by Dr Mark Jackson and supported by the Arts Council England• 'Trapped in a sticky shed with side chain compression', commissioned multimedia installation and performance event by Benedict Drew in collaboration with Forma, supported by the Arts Council England • 'Snow Crash', with Diann Bauer, Amanda Beech, Melanie Jackson, Pil and Galia Kollectiv, Claire Potter, Tai Shani, Linda Stupart, Bones Tan Jones and Lynton Talbot. Multimedia installation with public programme in collaboration with Art Lacuna.
