We can make you 5 bottles; we can make you 200 litres. We can launch your gin product for a fraction of the cost of the more commercial distilleries, all created in house and with your input. Our turnkey service includes taking your ideas and turning them into a botanical profile, recipe development, distillation, bottling, and branding. We can assist with licencing issues and other administrative matters linked to your own gin brand.Single cask Welsh whisky2020 sees us launch our cask offering of ‘Welsh origin' whisky. Barley grown in fields at and around the distillery, malted in Wales (not Suffolk!) in our own malting house, distilled here and matured in our on-site cask store.
